GoesHere Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of GoesHere. By using the service, you agree to them. If you use GoesHere for a company, you confirm that you may accept them for that company.
What GoesHere does
GoesHere is a packing and retrieval aid. AI-generated contents and destination suggestions may be incomplete or incorrect. GoesHere is not an insurance record, professional moving advice, an appraisal, or a guarantee of ownership, condition, delivery, or location.
Your content
You retain ownership of your content. You give GoesHere a limited license to host, copy, transform, and process it only as needed to provide and secure the service. You must have permission to upload and share the content and must not use GoesHere for unlawful, infringing, abusive, or dangerous material.
Accounts and sharing
You are responsible for account security and for people you invite. Move links are sensitive. Access can be revoked, but someone may have seen or exported content before revocation.
Box packs, capacity, and refunds
Personal moves include a limited free box capacity shown in the app. Additional capacity is sold as one-time in-app purchases of box packs (and, if still listed, any legacy pack products). Apple or Google processes payment. Store terms govern billing, taxes, restoration, and refund requests. A purchase does not promise permanent hosting beyond the retention period shown for your move.
Availability and ending use
We work to keep GoesHere reliable but do not promise uninterrupted network, sync, AI, or third-party service availability. You may stop using the service and delete your data. We may suspend harmful use or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.
Warranty and liability
To the extent permitted by law, GoesHere is provided “as is.” We are not liable for decisions made from an AI suggestion or for lost, damaged, mislabeled, or misdelivered property. These terms do not exclude warranties, remedies, or liability that applicable consumer law does not allow us to exclude.
